Lynn Gray, A Real Estate Professional with Solid Credentials

Lynn relocated to the Eastern Shore in 1998. She entered the real estate business as an entrepreneur by starting a vacation rental business in the small town of Cape Charles, Timing was everything with the construction of 2 signature golf courses and world class marina facility on Kings Creek. After growing the business, Lynn sold the business and worked as a broker for the new company.

Presently, Lynn has decided to create a new company, Cape Charles Realty. Again timing is everything, Southport at Cape Charles is under construction for major boat storage and yacht refitting. Cape Charles Realty will handle residential sale, commercial and vacation rental properties.

The Eastern Shore offers something for everyone and Lynn can help you find your dream home, vacation destination or help other new businesses grow in a beautiful upcoming part of the coast. With her time off, she can be found riding her horse, Shadow on the beach or playing with her grandson catching crabs, shell searching or just walking on the beach waiting for the sunset.
